What’s included within a Service?

Mechanical Check

Inspection of all moving parts for wear, resistance, and alignment. Worn components replaced where needed.

Electrical Inspection

All boards, cables, and connections reviewed for wear or damage. Voltage/resistance testing carried out.

Functional Testing

All boards, cables, and connections reviewed for wear or damage. Voltage/resistance testing carried out.

Calibration

Calibration of the system to manufacturer specification to ensure reliable, accurate outputs.

Software Updates

Software checked and updated to latest versions. Firmware upgraded if required to improve functionality and compatibility.

Electrical Safety Test

Full safety test carried out to ensure equipment is safe for both patients and practitioners.
